Substitute Teacher Aide

The Substitute Teacher Aide provides classroom support for children ages 1-5 on an as-needed basis when regular staff are absent. This role helps maintain required teacher-to-child ratios and supports a warm, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The Substitute Teacher Aide works under the direction of the Lead Teacher and assists with classroom routines, supervision, and learning activities that nurture children's curiosity, independence, and emotional well-being.
