On-call Substitute Teacher supporting mixed-age Montessori classrooms (ages 0–6) on an as-needed basis, providing flexible, part-time coverage while maintaining a calm, engaging learning environment. Training is provided during orientation so no formal Montessori credentials are required, and many substitutes transition to full-time Assistant Teacher roles.
