Success Coach

The Success Coach serves as a service facilitator, coordinating and ensuring the timely delivery of services to students and families within the S.T.E.P. program. This role involves conducting individual meetings, managing referrals, and providing guidance and support to parents and students. The position also includes maintaining accurate records, participating in staff meetings, and assisting with classroom observations and behavior strategies.
