SuccessFactors Consultant (EC)

The SuccessFactors Consultant (EC) leads the operational support, optimization, and continuous improvement of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central platform across global regions. This role involves managing the EC module end-to-end, including global ticket resolution, system health checks, and process optimization. The position requires strong functional expertise in EC Core and EC Time modules, along with leadership experience in managing global teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
