SUL HR Manager

Stanford University Libraries is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join the SUL Human Resources team. This role involves strategically guiding and consulting employees and managers on fundamental and moderately complex HR issues, facilitating HR programming, and supervising staff supporting front office HR operations and talent acquisition. The position requires partnering with SUL Leadership on Academic Staff-Libraries HR program needs and leveraging organizational development knowledge to suggest efficiencies and process improvements.
