shelbycountytn.gov

Shelby County, Tennessee’s official county government site provides residents, businesses, and visitors with information and online access to local services for Shelby County (including Memphis). The county oversees public safety and emergency services, courts and criminal justice, public health and human services, property records and tax administration, public works, parks, and solid waste management. The site offers digital tools for paying bills and fines, applying for permits and licenses, searching public records, and viewing meeting agendas and department contacts. Elected officials — including the County Mayor and County Commission — use the portal to publish news, policy updates, and opportunities for civic engagement and transparency.
