RCLCO Fund Advisors is seeking a driven, analytically-minded student for a 10-week summer internship based in Los Angeles. The role offers direct exposure to institutional investing, allowing interns to shadow analysts on live transactions and contribute to real underwriting decisions. Participants will complete a CapStone Project evaluating an investment opportunity and constructing a business plan for a potential acquisition.

Responsibilities

Conduct primary and secondary research on economic, demographic, and real estate market trends
Support underwriting on new investments by building financial models and analyzing cash flow assumptions
Evaluate existing assets through performance reporting, hold/sell analyses, and restructuring analyses
