About this role

The Summer Intern will join the Production team to support the procurement, marketing, and closing of commercial real estate financing transactions. The program provides exposure to various asset classes, deal structuring, and financial modeling within a full-service mortgage banking company. Participants will assist with underwriting, market research, and maintaining client databases.

Responsibilities

Provide underwriting support for current deals including market surveys and financial analyses
Assist in client property and market research to support commercial real estate transactions
Prepare marketing materials for clients and capital sources while maintaining contact databases
