Summer Associate – Capital Markets

This Summer Associate position is based in the New York office and is part of the dedicated Capital Markets Advisory team, providing equity and debt advisory services to a wide variety of clients. The role involves participating in all aspects of pitches and live transactions, working directly with senior bankers, and assisting in the origination, structuring, and execution of financings. Summer Associates will develop financial modeling skills, draft client presentations, and support complex capital raise processes.
