Mentoring Alliance
Mentoring Alliance is seeking ministry-minded individuals to join their Summer Camps staff team to lead groups of campers through daily programs including Bible study, activities, and worship. This temporary, summer-only role focuses on influencing and serving children and families while modeling faith and excellence. Staff members will report to the Summer Camps Director and help develop kids to reach their full God-given potential.
Mentoring Alliance is a Christ-centered, intentionally multiethnic nonprofit ministry serving children and families across multiple Texas communities. They offer after-school programs, summer camps, and dedicated mentoring relationships through their Mentor Connect program, partnering with local schools in areas including Tyler, Waco, Abilene, Longview, and the Bay Area.
