The Summer Engineering Intern will participate in a 10-12 week internship focused on improving operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment. The intern will work closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to identify process improvements in the Terry Towel and Sheeting departments while supporting plant-wide projects that enhance productivity, automation, and overall operational performance.

Responsibilities

Develop automated systems to replace manual plant activities
Implement Maintenance WO system and train operators and maintenance staff
Streamline production tracking reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
