Summer Intern

As a Summer Intern, you will support Northwestern Mutual's Field Engagement & Experience team by contributing to initiatives that enhance the underwriting experience for advisors, clients, and Network Offices. The role involves partnering with case managers and underwriters to support life insurance applications, analyzing operational trends, and optimizing AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency. You will also assist Underwriting Relationship Managers in building partnerships with Network Office leaders, coordinating field engagement activities, and developing educational materials on underwriting best practices.
