Summer Internship - Opportunity Under Law

This summer internship with the Opportunity Under Law project at Public Counsel offers law students the chance to engage in community-based impact litigation focused on economic justice and civil rights. Interns will work on active litigation across various stages, including legal research, writing, discovery, and trial preparation, while receiving one-on-one mentoring from attorneys. The program emphasizes strategic advocacy in areas such as child welfare, immigrant rights, housing rights, and education equity.
