Summer Placement Mechanical Engineer

Leonardo is seeking a Summer Placement Mechanical Engineer to join its Materials Testing Laboratory in Edinburgh for a 13-week programme from June to August 2027. The role offers hands-on experience in material characterisation, failure analysis, and laboratory processes while supporting the development of advanced aerospace systems. Students will work under the guidance of experienced engineers, receive coaching, and have the opportunity to contribute to a specific project task.
