Summer Squad - Digital Coordinator

SALT XC is hiring a Digital Coordinator (Digital Intern) to join their Digital team for a 4-month summer contract offering hands-on exposure to planning, execution, and support of digital and media programs. The role is aimed at current post-secondary students and recent graduates and provides mentorship, learning and development opportunities, and cross-department networking. It’s a full-time, structured internship that supports skill-building across digital production, platform use, and agency workflows. The position is hybrid with required in-office presence at the Toronto head office 2–3 days per week.
