Summer Staff

Youth Dynamics is seeking passionate individuals to join their guide team at the Grangeville, Idaho base, where they will lead youth and adult supporters on wilderness adventures, primarily multi-day whitewater rafting trips on the Lower Salmon River. This seasonal role involves facilitating group activities, designing ministry programs, and managing logistical details to connect outdoor experiences with spiritual growth. Staff members will also engage in support raising to cover ministry expenses and summer salary.
