The Research Lab team in Trondheim is seeking 2-3 summer students to join the Summer 2027 cohort and apply uncertainty quantification methods to co-simulation technologies. This role supports the assurance of AI-enabled systems by working with the Simulation Trust Center to generate evidence for maritime autonomous surface ships. Students will estimate uncertainties in black-box models and develop cloud-based services to analyze and visualize how uncertainties propagate through complex systems.
