The Sunrise Cooperative Internship Program offers a realistic preview of an agricultural cooperative, focusing on customer-owner success across agronomy, grain, energy, and precision agriculture. Interns work closely with mentors to develop professional experience in areas such as sales, operational procedures, data management, and equipment maintenance. The program culminates in a summer project presentation to the Senior Leadership Team, with a scholarship awarded for the winning presentation.
