Sunshine Specialist

The Sunshine Specialist makes scheduled daily reassurance calls to seniors and other isolated or homebound individuals, documenting each contact and following established procedures for follow-ups. This role involves coordinating with program volunteers to ensure accurate call completion and documentation, while also assisting with client intake, reporting, and administrative support. The position requires strong organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to work cooperatively with both staff and volunteers.
