Superintendent - Concrete

The Concrete Superintendent leads day-to-day field operations for self-perform concrete work, partnering with project managers and field teams to deliver safe, high-quality work on schedule. This role oversees concrete planning, manpower, production, scheduling, and quality while developing Foremen and fostering a collaborative jobsite environment. The position requires strong leadership, safety enforcement, and coordination with the main project team to meet milestones.
