Superintendent - Fixed Equipment Reliability

This role leads the Fixed Equipment Reliability Engineering group to ensure mechanical integrity, minimize equipment failure, and optimize asset lifetime across assigned areas. The incumbent oversees capital projects, maintenance planning, root cause failure analysis, and management of change processes while managing a team and budget. They also champion environmental, health, and safety policies to achieve zero incidents and drive operational excellence.
