Superintendent I

The Superintendent I leads field operations for a defined project phase or smaller standalone project under the oversight of a Senior Superintendent. This role is responsible for daily trade coordination, quality inspections, logistics, and the development of Assistant Superintendents while serving as the field counterpart to the Project Manager. The position requires strong decision-making authority to direct workforce deployment, enforce safety procedures, and ensure schedule and quality performance on ground-up residential construction projects in New York City.
