Superintendent I

The Superintendent I is a developing field leader responsible for coordinating and executing construction work on assigned projects to ensure they are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. This role provides day-to-day site coordination and trade oversight with support from senior field leadership, partnering closely with Project Managers to support look-ahead planning and site logistics. The position builds toward full ownership of field execution and on-site decision-making while maintaining clean, organized job sites and enforcing safety plans.
