Superintendent of Recreation

The Superintendent of Recreation leads the Recreation Division by developing, managing, and promoting the District’s Aquatics, Athletics, and Fitness departments. This full-time, exempt role reports directly to the Director of Recreation and oversees facility operations, programming, budgeting, and staff supervision. The position is responsible for ensuring alignment with the Park District’s mission, strategic goals, and community needs while driving operational excellence and financial sustainability.
