Superintendent – Process Engineering

This role leads and mentors a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical specialists to ensure the safe optimisation and safeguarding of metallurgical performance at the Iron Bridge Ore Processing Facilities. The position is responsible for technical service delivery, plant performance, product quality, and the successful execution of the Process Engineering business plan and technical roadmap. It involves driving continuous improvement, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
