Superintendent – Production (VCM)

The Superintendent – Production (VCM) provides day-to-day leadership and oversight for the assigned VCM operating area, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant operations while meeting production, quality, and cost objectives. This role coordinates closely with engineering, maintenance, and safety teams to execute the operating plan, manage outages, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The position involves direct supervision of production personnel and active participation in incident investigations and training programs.
