Superintendent

The Superintendent will coordinate field operations for medium- to large-scale construction projects in the Los Angeles or Irvine, CA offices, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. The role focuses on managing onsite workforce and materials, developing site-specific safety and QA/QC plans, and reporting project status to the Project Manager or General Superintendent. The position involves overseeing subcontractors, scheduling, and project documentation to achieve client satisfaction and company profit.
