Superintendent

The Superintendent teams with Project Managers to oversee daily jobsite management, ensure quality construction adherence, and resolve conflicts among trade partners. This role requires expert knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP systems to maintain schedule, safety, and budget integrity on complex residential builds. The candidate acts as the primary point of contact for trades, manages material logistics, and drives punch list completion to achieve a zero-defect handover.
