Superintendent

As a Superintendent for Taylor Morrison, you will lead the homebuilding construction process for assigned communities to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant project delivery. This role involves managing subcontractor relationships, enforcing safety and compliance standards, and maintaining clear communication with buyers regarding construction progress and final home conditions. You will also oversee project planning, resource allocation, and the seamless post-close warranty process to satisfy customer expectations.
