Superintendent

The Superintendent will lead field operations for luxury residential, hospitality, resort, and commercial construction projects across the Bahamas and Caribbean, overseeing daily site activities, preconstruction planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and project administration. This hands‑on role requires managing complex, logistically challenging island construction environments while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
