Superintendent

The Superintendent will directly supervise commercial construction projects from start to finish, providing leadership, coordination, and guidance to employees and subcontractors to ensure timely, economical, and high‑quality project completion while maximizing profits. The role involves managing schedules, budgets, safety compliance, documentation, and subcontractor performance on large‑scale ($100MM+) projects in Northwest Arkansas or on a traveling basis.
