Superintendent

The Superintendent leads day-to-day field operations for a ground-up multifamily construction project, overseeing subcontractors, scheduling, quality control, and safety from site mobilization through final turnover. This role requires strong expertise in multifamily construction, including affordable housing and market-rate developments, with a focus on townhome-style or walk-up projects. The ideal candidate will proactively manage the construction schedule and coordinate closely with project stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
