Superintendent

This role involves overseeing grading, heavy civil construction, and site development projects throughout the Southeast, managing field operations, and supervising multiple Foremen and crews. The Superintendent ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with OSHA/MSHA regulations while driving successful completion on schedule and within scope. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, personnel, equipment, and client relationships simultaneously.
