Superintendent

The Superintendent oversees onsite operations for multifamily renovation and large-scale capital projects, coordinating subcontractors and managing field logistics from pre-construction through completion. This role ensures high-quality work is delivered on time and within budget while maintaining strong communication with vendors and internal stakeholders. The position supports the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager in scheduling and enforcing safety protocols.
