Superintendent

The Superintendent serves as the company representative with primary responsibility for all field operations, including the coordination and supervision of subcontractors and self-performed construction work. This role collaborates with the Project Manager on budget development and preconstruction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company policies. The position also involves mentoring field personnel and maintaining positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
