Superintendent

The Superintendent will plan, develop, and manage project schedules, budgets, and site activities in partnership with the project manager. This role involves coordinating subcontractors and vendors, supervising construction projects from design through completion, and ensuring quality and safety on high-end restaurant, retail, and commercial office sites. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proactive management of multiple priorities.
