Superintendent

The Superintendent leads all on-site work on a Hansen Construction project, from preconstruction through closeout, taking primary responsibility for schedule, quality, and safety. This role involves collaborating closely with the Project Manager and other key team members to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards while fostering collaboration and exceeding client expectations. The position requires supervising the site crew, managing subcontractors, and maintaining a safe and organized job site.
