Superintendent

The Superintendent leads day-to-day field operations, manages craft and subcontractor teams, and ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high standards. This hands-on construction role requires strong experience as a lead Superintendent on ground-up detention facilities and involves supervising on-site functions, coordinating with clients, and enforcing safety protocols. The position requires travel to project sites throughout Florida and potentially across the Southeast.
