Superintendent

The Superintendent leads day-to-day field operations, managing craft and subcontractor teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high standards. This hands-on construction role requires strong experience as a lead superintendent on ground-up detention facilities and involves supervising on-site functions, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with project management. The position is based in the Orlando, FL area with travel required to various project sites throughout Florida and the Southeast.
