Superintendent

The Superintendent will plan, develop, and manage project schedules in partnership with the project manager, maintain budgets, and oversee site activities. This role involves coordinating subcontractors and vendors, supervising construction projects from design through completion, with a focus on high-end restaurant, retail, commercial office, and hospitality mixed-use structures. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure quality and safety on site.
