Superintendent

The Superintendent oversees and coordinates construction activities on site to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, schedule, and quality requirements. The role provides day-to-day leadership to field teams and subcontractors, monitors progress, and helps resolve site issues while working closely with the Construction Manager and project team. The position promotes a safe and productive work environment, maintains visibility of upcoming work, and supports the project through completion and handover.
