Superintendent

The Superintendent ensures the successful execution and management of dewatering, bypass pumping, or trenching projects, serving as the primary point of contact for customers. This role involves driving projects from start to finish, coordinating resources, and ensuring strict compliance with safety programs and contract requirements. The position requires managing project progress, preparing daily reports, and identifying opportunities to up-sell additional products and services. Ultimately, the Superintendent is responsible for completing projects on time, within budget, and without injury while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
