Superintendent

This role involves leading daily site meetings, inspecting work for compliance with contract documents and safety standards, and ensuring the readiness of the BIU through manpower and material forecasting. The position requires enforcing safety and quality standards, tracking progress, and mentoring field personnel to support successful project delivery.
