Supervising Case Manager

The Supervising Case Manager will provide clinically-informed task supervision to Case Managers and Senior Case Managers, ensuring fidelity to the Supervised Release Program model, quality service delivery, and compliance with court reporting obligations. This role focuses on quality assurance, data management, policy implementation, and de‑escalation support, without maintaining a standard caseload.
