Supervising Case Manager

The Supervising Case Manager will provide clinically-informed task supervision to Case Managers and Senior Case Managers within the Staten Island Justice Center's Supervised Release Program, ensuring fidelity to program models, quality assurance, and accurate data and court reporting. This role focuses on oversight, training, de‑escalation support, and collaborative compliance without maintaining a standard caseload.
