Supervising Counselor

The Supervising Counselor supports program leadership in day-to-day activities for prison and re‑entry programs, overseeing AOD counseling staff and OMCP mentors, and ensuring compliance with program documentation and certification requirements. This role involves supervising staff performance, coordinating intake and training, and collaborating with CDCR and other stakeholders.
