Supervisor - 16 Hour Permanent Contract

Seasalt is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the Cork store operations, leading the Sales Advisor team, driving sales and profitability, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. The role involves supporting store leadership with stock management, loss prevention, safety compliance, and visual merchandising to achieve consistent KPIs. This permanent position offers a €14.90 hourly rate and is a key key-holder role responsible for running the store independently when required.
