The Access Center Supervisor oversees the management, development, operations, patient satisfaction, and continuous improvement of direct Access Center Representatives within the Hartford HealthCare Medical Group team. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with broader Access Workgroup teams and stakeholders from specialty practices across the organization. The position ensures timely, accurate, and clinically appropriate access to ambulatory services for patients.
