The position drives enterprise-wide adoption of BlackLine functionality by establishing standardized processes, leading change management, and ensuring alignment with internal control requirements. Candidates will translate close process needs into effective system configurations while managing projects and utilizing automation to streamline accounting activities.

Responsibilities

Design and govern BlackLine optimization project initiatives across the organization
Drive adoption of reconciliation and transaction matching modules with accounting teams
Lead enterprise-wide change management efforts for new BlackLine capabilities
Ensure accounting processes support internal control and audit readiness requirements
Develop technical solutions to automate and streamline accounting close processes
