Supervisor, Accounts Receivable

The Supervisor, Accounts Receivable provides leadership and operational ownership for the North America Accounts Receivable team within a centralized shared services model, supporting Banfield, BluePearl, and VCA. This role focuses on team performance, balance integrity, issue resolution, and service outcomes to ensure accurate and compliant execution of AR activities across a complex network of veterinary hospitals. The position leads a team of Analysts, driving consistency, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring effective service delivery across the AR function.
